Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board of Appeals of the City of New Castle, Pennsylvania, will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Building, 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA, for the purpose of hearing the following appeals. A complete copy of the applications with attached exhibits may be examined at the City of New Castle City Building, located at 230 N. Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA 16101 during regular office hours.
2026-11 Regarding property at 711 Court Street, the appeal of April Brightshue who is seeking approval to tear down existing garage and rebuild a 24x32 garage outbuilding. The property is in the R-2 Medium Density Residential District of the Third Ward.
