REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Request for Proposal for:
Title I-IV Academic Instructional Services for Reading/ELA and Math for non-public students and will also include Parent & Family Engagement Services for non-public families.
New Castle Area School District will be accepting Request for Proposals/Bids from local qualified agencies with experience in providing Title I-IV school-based instructional services and parent/family support services for local non-public schools for the 2026-2027 school year.
RFP bids will be accepted until noon, Friday July 10th in the business office of New Castle Area School District – 420 Fern Street, New Castle, PA 16101. RFP must be sealed in an envelope and marked “Title I-IV Non-Public Services”.
Additional information can be obtained by contacting the New Castle Area School District’s Federal Programs Coordinator at jmancino@ncasd.com. NCASD reserves the right to reject any or all RFP proposal/bid or to waive any informalities or irregularities in RFP.
All interested parties are advised notice of requirements for affirmative action to ensure equal opportunity (executive order 11246) and that no applicant will be discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit.
