The Supervisors of Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania have fixed Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 5:30 P.M., at the Neshannock Township Municipal Building, 3131 Mercer Road, Neshannock Twp, PA 16105 as the time and place for the public hearing on a request for a Conditional Use by Architectural Design Guild (Tim Lutz) 2710 Sutton Boulevard St Louis MO 63143 Parcel ID # 25-246800, 25-246700, and 25-339300 Tax Map # 2402-179, 2402-177 and 2402-178 consisting of approximately 3.429 acres, the area to be used for a repair garage known as Caliber Collision. The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use for the following proposed repair garage, which was previously an Aldi Grocery Store, and is owned by Forchun Properties, 11510 204th Street Southeast, Snohomish WA. Repair Garage is under Article IV, Section 400.59 and Article V, Section 500 Performance Standards of the current Neshannock Township Zoning Ordinance. This property above mentioned property is in a C-2 Highway Commercial District.
