LEGAL NOTICE The Pulaski Township Supervisors are seeking sealed bids for the sale of a Wabco Model 553 Road Grader to be sold “AS-IS”. The reserve for the sale is $10,000. The grader can be viewed at the Township building during normal business hours, for questions please contact (724) 964-8891, ext 105. Sealed bids will be received until 4 p.m. on October 7, 2024 and will be opened during the regular meeting at 7 p.m. on October 7, 2024 at 1172 State Route 208, Pulaski, PA 16143. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to 10% of the total of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor, in accordance with Executive Orders 11625 and 12138, must utilize to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women owned business concerns which are located within the municipality, county or the general trade area. Prevailing Wage rates are in effect for this project. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract. This work will be performed under one (1) general contract. All responsible parties regularly engaged in the business of this nature, interested in making sale to the Borough of the above, may obtain a copy of the drawings and specifications for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 at the office of R.A.R. engineering group, inc., 1135 Butler Avenue, New Castle, PA 16101-4262, Telephone: (724) 652-1004.
